*** Original post on bio 2290 at 2013-12-22 14:28:00 UTC *** After a the only ifdef was removed in bug 955551 (bio 2113), preprocessing is no longer needed. See http://lxr.instantbird.org/instantbird/source/instantbird/content/jar.mn#32.

buddytooltip is now imtooltip at http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/chat/content/imtooltip.xml and it does have an ifdef to separate a couple of minor IB/TB differences.
