Recapturing the Windows 8 build image to include media pack. This is being done because of the odd behavior of the media pack gpo filling up win 8 tester disc space with temp folders.

I have added the media pack in Win 8 production task sequence, so that we have a usable Win 8 image in the interim.
The media pack install happens towards the end of the tasks sequence, so not to affect the graphic driver installs. I tested the install and it appeared to not have caused any issue.
