Firefox Nightly 29.0a1 2014-01-17 on Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit

Steps to reproduce:
1. After pinning a page to the Metro home screen.
2. Launch a different firefox process with the -no-remote parameter.
3. Likely optional: Kill the metro Firefox process.
4. Go to home screen and click on the pinned page.

Actual result:
Desktop Firefox gets focus, tab open in Metro Firefox.

Expected result:
Metro Firefox gets focus independent from other Firefox instances running.

This is related to one of the problems discussed in bug 945554, and might be solved with the approach described in bug 945554 comment 2.

> Dupe of bug 382477?
You duped bug 961063 against bug 382477, so if using that as a catch-all for -no-remote bugs, you can also dupe this.
