Just tried on my device, and I see this. However, if I turn off APZC for Apps, quit the app completely, and restart it, then try again, the problem goes away.
So I believe this is an APZC issue. However, I cannot seem to change Product to Core, and Component to Panning and Zooming for this bug. Switching to Core does not update the Component listing.

Bugzilla doesn't do magical things like that :) You have to hit submit after changing the product and you'll get a second page where you can update the component.

Moving to wfm as the dupe is unrelated to the original bug.
