Here is where we ended today. The Competency level in the hierarchy is pretty well fleshed out. The landing page needs some work. There are some ideas here we may need to return to, including the ability to leave comments on kits to help assess quality, and the ability to "add your own channel" at the competency level. Will wait to file additional bugs until we're sure those fit well into the new flow.
