Please grant the host and user vpn_releng_loan

User was already in the "vpn_releng_loan" group, however, host was not. Host is not added.

Please have user reconnect to the VPN to see the change.

...and since we deleted DNS entries we do actually need IT work on this bug -- new DNS is 10.132.59.211

Jeff no longer needs access to this machine - please revert this specific ACL (he should still keep the ACL requested in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=920238, though).
