This is a follow-up for bug 962309.
We disabled RTSP video feature in v1.3 and support audio streaming only.

In v1.4, RTSP video should be enabled in the default preference.

Hi Steve, 
Since we are going to fix a lot of RTSP video issues for v1.4, I guess it's better to turn on this default setting on trunk earlier. :)

Note: RTSP video was disabled in v1.4 by bug 980101.
It was because our RTSP client has some major issues at that time.
