In the Deployment Workbench created the Automatic Provisioning Share:
UNC path: \\WDS2.releng.ad.mozilla.com\ProvisnShare$
local Path: E:\dfs\data\mdt\depshares\ProvisnShare
No changes from the default setup has been made at this time. As work continues most likely changes to the bootsrap.ini and rules.ini will happen.

The plan thus far is that each image will have two task sequences. The first task sequence will be the base sequence and will consist of never changing or rarely changing items. The second sequence will be the deploy and will be used to capture the image for bare metal provisioning. This tasks sequence will include items that are more likely to change and a puppet run.

For consistency created a naming convention for task sequences:
The name will begin with a d or s, desktop or server.
5 characters for OS
4 characters for description
3 characters for iteration
Examples:
sw2008_base_001 or dwin08_base_001

Current bootstrap.ini for the provisioning share.
Though this currently work, most likely will remove the gateway options in the future.
Also when changes are made to bootstrap.ini the share needs to be update so the WindowsPE wim can pick up the changes. This is done by right clicking the share name in the MDT work bench and selecting update share.

Nslookup, trace32, and trace64 tools needed to be added to the share for use MDT during deployment, so that the scripts such as the naming script would work. The following the directories were added:
E:\dfs\data\mdt\depshares\ProvisnShare\ExtraFiles\x64\Windows\System32
E:\dfs\data\mdt\depshares\ProvisnShare\ExtraFiles\x86\Windows\System32
Then the 32 and 64 bit .exe files were dropped into the respective directories.
In the share properties under the Windows PE tab for the x86 and x64 platform under the Extra directories to add section these directories need to be added respectively:
E:\dfs\data\mdt\depshares\ProvisnShare\ExtraFiles\x86
E:\dfs\data\mdt\depshares\ProvisnShare\ExtraFiles\x64

Note on customsettings.ini. In the individual task sequences, under Initialization->Gather Local,"Gather local data and process rules" needs to be selected and pointed at customsettings.ini.
