As a user I want to be able to open DataUsage app when there is no an available SIM card in the system ACs: * DataUsage app can be opened when there is no available SIM card in the system ** What does "non available SIM card" means? *** no SIM card inserted in the device *** SIM card inserted but locked ** WiFi usage will be monitored ** In case it is the first time DataUsage app is executed, FTE process should be launched (reset report, alert) ** Mobile usage check box will appear selected by default ** WiFi usage check box will appear selected by default ** Settings will be available through gear icon ** if the SIM card inserted is locked, "Enter PIN" system screen will be opened when launching DataUsage app but in case user skip it everything will work as described above * In case there is an available SIM card in the system everything will work as currently does (except of the fact that both check boxes Mobile usage/WiFi usage will be selected by default) * In case airplane mode is activated (3G and WiFi are deactivated by default), DataUsage app could be launched and WiFi usage & Mobile usage checkboxes will appear selected by default
