Expected

Pinch to zoom should allow you to zoom into the content.

Actual

Pinch to zoom does not allow you to zoom into the content.

This issue does not reproduce on the 02/13/14 1.2, 1.3, or 1.4 builds on a Buri device. On 1.2, the page loads with the text and options zoomed in on already. I can zoom in and out, but it isn't very smooth.

On a Leo, this issue reproduces on the 02/13/14 1.3 and 1.4 builds. On the 02/13 1.2 build, it hardly works, but I can get the page to zoom in a little.
