Description:
The user plays any video from Video app and returns to a playlist. Attempting to scroll results in very bad flickering and inability to scroll up or down.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140207040203
2) Open Video app
3) Select to play any video from the playlist
4) Tap the back button to return to a playlist
5) Scroll through video playlist
Actual:
Very bad flickering occurs, the user is unable to scroll successfully
Expected:
No flickering, the user can scroll up and down
