Story needs to be split into multiple smaller, easier-to-estimate features (bugs). These individual bugs are dependencies which block the completion of the whole story. The team provides point estimates to each of the individual features (bugs) instead of the entire story.

Hi Marco, I'm wondering if you could give this and the similar feature breakdown bugs a more descriptive title and maybe an explanation of what it means. Maybe this bug for example could be named after the iteration tag. And/or, it could link to this, : https://firefox.etherpad.mozilla.org/IT-30C-29A-28B-2-Planning or some other pages like the iterative development page here, https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/IterativeDevelopment Because the bug shows up in various existing queries, and generates bugmail for people, it would be helpful to identify what this bug means in a few extra ways. Is the idea that the story exists first, i.e. in this case for bug 972937, and then these feature breakdown bugs become their meta or tracking bugs?

Or, would it be good to make the title have similar information to the title of the bug with the original story? That would make it much more clear when it shows up in queries and lists.
Let's discuss outside of Bugzilla.
