User Story

User Story:

As a user, I would like the ability to have the verification email resent. This will help me verify my account if I lose or do not receive the email that is sent during the initial account setup.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. In the FxA part of settings there exists a mechanism for the user to resend the account verification email.
2. The option to have the verification email resent it only available if the users account has not yet been verified.
3. Opting to have the verification email resent will result in the verification email being resent to the user
4. Once the resent verification email has been received, the user should be able to complete their account verification in the usual way.
