 it is improper that  there are two recording sound 
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Settings-Sound-enable 'Video recording';
 2.Launch camera;
 3.Switch to camcorder;
 4.Press recording icon to start recording.There are two recording sound.->KO
 User experience is not good.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 There should only have one recording sound.

Is this similar to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1013313

But in Nexus 4 the bug is not present.

Is there something going on here similar to bug 851823, where the driver was also making a shutter sound?

Looking at the STR in comment 0 again and further to comment 3, if the 'Video recording' settings sound is turned off, does starting recording make no sound? Or is there still a sound?

It might be same issue to Bug 858469. If it is correct it is POVB problem.

This no longer happens on:
- gonk:  v184 (flame w/ 319MB)
- gecko: aurora:c4a4b04c617c
- gaia:  v2.1:778ebac47554e1c4b7e9a952d73e850f58123914

So this is definitely POVB.
