For the webpage translation project (bug 973271), one of the main tasks that the browser must perform is to detect the language of a webpage. This detection won't always be correct, and we want to offer an opt-in "Report incorrect language" (bug 976571) in an options menu, in order for us to get information on how to improve that further.
To have this option we need to have a server-side service that receives, collects and report this data, in a way that protects the user's privacy. This bug is meant to track all the work necessary to implement this service. I'll file a separate bug to work out the privacy requirements for this feature.

Sounds like a meta bug, 'cos this will involve server dev, ops, privacy, legal, and who know what else.
