Remove the visual gap between the UX proposal and the current implementation for the following scenarios:
scenario a- Call ended message for held call + Active call (existing contacts)
1. Wrong copy, font size and color
2. Wrong background color
3. Wrong icon
4. Call duration information (pending implementation: Bug 899926)

scenario b- Call ended message for held call + Active call (non-existing contacts)
1. Wrong copy, font size and color
2. Wrong background color
3. Wrong icon
4. Call duration information (pending implementation: Bug 899926)
