Hit this while trying to test bug 977173. STR:
1) Go to facebook.com
2) Sign in
3) Click the menu button at the top left
Sometimes the menu doesn't open. Sometimes it does, but then immediately disappears. Sometimes the page decides to refresh. I wonder if this is related to touch events?
Also worth noting: I was not able to reproduce this on my 29.0 Aurora build, but I can reproduce after updating to 29.0a2, so I assume the regression was uplifted in that window.
