User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140305083614

Steps to reproduce:

Can we not go for something far more simple like "Persist title bar"?

Regardless of which string is used, I believe majority of these "confusing" preference issues would be solved if we use proper android:summary text for preferences which may deem to need them. See bug 965377. See also bug 970743 and bug 978825 where we already have patches landed to add android:summary to recently added preference additions
Summary: Scroll Title Bar is confusing → "Scroll Title Bar" string for associated preference is badly worded
Thinking about this again, why not simply just call it "Fullscreen mode"? That way you get parity between the handheld and desktop device experiences.
