When adb/fastboot cannot work normally or device cannot boot successfully, we need another way to restore the device.

Not having found this one initially, I have also filed pretty much the same bug as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1017934
Suggest marking this bug as fixed. Please reference Bug 1026963.
Bug 1017934 is to add a new feature from the bootloader.
