any error reported to the Browser Console?
I cannot reproduce in Nightly, on Win8.1

Seen this since several months happening in a non-reproducible way without any console output. And there's already a report filed for this AFIK.
most of the known cases were caused by add-ons... I don't recall if the "not reproducible" case has still an open bug or it was resolved incomplete
