From Qualcomm's testing:

Issue: Self-timer does not get cancelled when tapping on empty area or any of the buttons (does not enable touch-to-focus). 

Device: QRD 8x26/8x28 
Build: Tip of Camera-New-Features and mozilla-central on 3/17
