The generic feedback form covers multiple products. In order to do that correctly, we need to use the product name instead of hardcoding "Firefox" everywhere. This bug covers changing the strings and anything else that needs changing in the generic feedback form so that it can be used for many products and not just Firefox.
I don't think I can get to this until 2014q2 (only two weeks away), but this is necessary to do in order to support Devtools as a product. Since this requires strings changes, we'll have to make the code changes and then wait to land it until the strings are translated.
