Clearing nom - I think there's something not right with your build, as we've never seen that behavior in daily testing.

It's a build delivered by Geeksphone and the issue also occurs in 20140331024332, even after a factory reset. Saturday's build (IIRC) came with a UI refresh, maybe that's related to this bug. It could also be related to bug 958956 resurfacing since Saturday.
