Like the FX bug 946987 we see also this blurry tabs on HiDPI devices like my tablet under Windows.

This is only a simple copy/adaption of bug 946987. Additionally I fixed a preprocessor rule in OSX theme (through copy of it to Windows.
Unfortunately this bug, bug 953204 and bug 984978 are all touching the same files. If one bug can land, I have to unbitrott the other two.
