You can see that we go from ~200 +-3 for tpaint to a wider range of ~205 +-6.

Matt, since jwatt is going to be offline for a bit starting tomorrow, could you weigh in on this and help us figure out which patch it is and what our options are.

I'm pretty sure it's 70af90b7e08b, but I can't actually see anything wrong with it. Might have to debug it.
