Win XP PRo. JA

1. Launch Navigator
2. Select Bookmarks/Imported IE Favarite/Link
3. Select any item in that folder e.g. Free Hotmail
4. You will have the Hotmail English page 
   http://lc2.law5.hotmail.passport.com/cgi-bin/login
5. Do the same on IE
6. You will have Hotmail Japanese page 
   http://lc2.law5.hotmail.passport.com/cgi-bin/login?_lang=JA&country=JP

   Bookmark.html page is:
   <DT><A HREF="http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&ar=hotmail"
ADD_DATE="1021392106">HotMail の無料サービス</A>

   Need to redirect based on OS language.
Something like this

I've install Mozilla and it imported boomarks from IE. There were in Russian
language. In 0.6 - 0.9 it works fine - in Mozilla bookamrks were in Russian too.
But after RC1 they looks like this:

I am talking about on default Link folder in IE Favarite.
Personaly added bookmark(s) are fine.

It's the same in Traditional Chinese environments. Seems to be a problem dealing
with DBCS. Besides, I cannot import any IE Favorites into Mozilla.

This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project.
