The machine has been moved. However, I am unable to connect to it through IPMI or VNC. I opened a bug with DCops.

Asked DCops to check into the Bios graphic settings. I am still unable to connect to the KVM console for this machine.

Now have access. Kicking off a new install.
The last install failed. Kicking off again to figure out what happened.
I've kicked off a new re-image and it seems to be progressing.
Back in production.
