Story: As a product owner, I want to run a pre-trial of our instant translation services so that I can be confident that our official trial of instant translation in Polish, Turkish, and Vietnamese locales will produce reliable and accurate data.

Acceptance criteria:
*Users on the Aurora channel using the German locale will be exposed to our instant translation feature for a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks
*This pre-trail period will end at the end of a release cycle
*I can view the same FHR/telemetry experiments data that we will collect for the full trial
