102561 - Copy Link Address doesn't work in standalone msg window

- open a mail message with a link in it in a standalone mail window
- context-click, select "copy link address"

expected:
- link address copied to clipboard

actual:
- nothing happens

works fine if you view the message in the message pane in the 3-pane view. only
standalone msg window is affected. build 9/28/01 branch. my guess is that this
is XP and probably happens on the trunk too.

this is also happens in the Mail/News 3 pane Panel window.. as per bug 107635
and bug 108339, and probably depends on bug 103064

Not sure if this is the right fix, but it seems to fix the Copy Link Address
and Copy Image Location popup menu commands.

OK using feb18 commercial trunk build: win98, linux rh6.2, mac OS 10.1
