Steps to reproduce:

Go to a page that contains a checkbox or a group of checkboxes
zoom the page using Ctrl ++ and using tab/tab+shift navigate through the page contents
Notice that no focus is highlighted when user navigates to checkboxes


Actual results:

There is no visual indication that the checkbox has focus.


Expected results:

There should be visual indication that the checkbox has focus. It should be highlighted
