Description

Currently when user creates a new event from Month or Week view, the default time will be from 12:00 am to 1:00am. However, since we are changing the start time of day view to start from 8:00am, I think we should modify the default time from 8:00am to 9:00am.

... or the default begin time and the default duration of new events should become configurable items?
