This panel should be implemented as a last one, since there is some discussion on what would be the best method of choosing a fake location. In any case, when in Panel #3, user can choose option "Fake/User Defined location", which should load Panel#5. It will contain either an offline map on which user can choose the fake location, or a predefined, offline, list of cities to choose from. In any case there should also be two fields where user can input his chosen lat and lon.

Patch 5:
- implement two radio buttons:”Choose a country” and "Enter GPS Coordinates”
- Depending on which one is chosen the elements of the other one should be shaded out
- Under the “Choose country” there are two drop downs One allowing to choose the country and the other allowing to choose the city
- Each of the drop downs should present a list of countries/cities. NOTE: for now the least important is to have an actual list there. If there is code for that - fine. Else please just enter some examples and submit the patch that way
- Under the “Enter the GPS Coordinates” there should be a text and Two editable fields. Note: the input should be verified if it is in the correct range. 
- If the field is clicked the numerical keyboard should appear (just define it as numerical field)
