The toggle "use geolocation in the main Panel of ALA is not connected with the toggle in the settings. Expected behavior:
1. Turn On the Geoloc in Settings -> Geoloc is turned on in the PP
2. Turn Off the Geoloc in Settings -> Geoloc is turned off in the PP
3. Turn Off the Geoloc in PP -> Geoloc is turned off in the Settings
4. Turn On the Geoloc in PP -> Geoloc is turned on in the Settings
