The Arabic label for today's date and other Arabic strings remain (are sticky) after changing language to English and coming back to Calendar. 

Noting as a regression based on the fact that we've seen this before in bug #817817, bug #828337, bug #839576, bug #847740 and bug #980696, but had previously verified as fixed.

Also observed: in  "مزامنة التقويم " there is some English text: "min 15". When you click on this, more English appears such as "Manual," etc.

we have the same thing on other calendar views as well and have dedicated bugs for each one.

This problem is verified as "pass" on latest build of Flame 2.2/master and N5 2.2/master.
STR:
1. Set device language to Arabic.
2. Launch Calendar to observe all the screen.
3. Launch Settings app and change language to English.
4. Relaunch Calendar to observe all the screen.
** All the text in Calendar screen are displayed in English.
