Meta to track the development of the latest UX spec provided by Jenny and Pau in https://bug935103.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8487080.
This spec was initially created to fulfill the requirements requested in:

Bug 995853 OMA CP view profile details inside message
Bug 935103 - [WAP push][CP] Wrong flow when discarding the settings message
Bug 934795 [WAP push][CP] Since USERPIN and NETWPIN are all decimal digit format, suggest default keyboard popping up when PIN request page show is numeric keypad, not QWERTY.


but new bugs could be created to complete the flow specified in the spec.
