Description:
When user is on page to set an ICE contact, turning screen on and off (manually or through screen timeout) the back "X" button disappears from screen. Tapping on space where "X" should be (top left corner) has no result. Initial opening of set ICE contact page always shows a back "X" button that functions as intended. It is only when screen is turned on and off that "X" button disappears. To exit this screen user must use home button.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141011000201
2) Launch Contacts app with at least one contact available
3) Tap gear icon in upper right
4) Select "Set ICE Contacts"
5) Press power button twice and slide to unlock
  
Actual:
Back "X" button is missing from page.
  
Expected: 
Functional back "X" button appears on page.
