Please review this patch. I just send an activity while user press settings. Before testing this patch, please apply the patch of bug 1095325 to have a workable activity while you install smart-home app.
To keep settings simple, I remove the filter of settings app's activity.

This should be a typo. Bug 1093530 doesn't block this issue.
