Description:
When sharing a video via bluetooth, the status bar becomes blank

Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141105001204
2) Go to video app, play a video
3) Tap the '...' > tap share
4) Tap Bluetooth > pull down the status bar


Actual:
status bar is blank

Expected:
status bar display correctly

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:nominating this to block 2.1. User should always be able to view the status bar to gain information like data connection, time, and battery  life. Also this is a regression
