This bug is about a general update to Project Chameleon for all about: pages that have a layout similar to about:certerror.
Basically, we'll create a CSS file called about.css that will be used for all about: pages that have a layout similar to the one used by about:certerror.
These pages include :
- about:about
- about:buildconfig
- about:cache
- about:crashes
- about:license
- about:rights

Pages with a header icon :
- about:certerror
- about:config (the warning screen)
- about:robots
- about:sessionrestore
- about:welcomeback
- about:neterror (this already has the new design)
- about:privatebrowsing (same here)
Bug 1087618 introduces a new stylesheet that will be really useful.
