This bug will add vibrancy to the tab bar (Like Fx) and also will address the border styling issues on 1.10

The titlebar is not vibrant (as it should be according to the attached screenshot) on my current build. The sidebar vibrancy works, however.

For me titlebar vibrancy is working nicely, but I had to set mail.tabs.drawInTitlebar to true.

I can confirm this works. Shouldn't we flip the default value of this pref to true for TB 38, at least on OSX 10.10?
