+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1103028 +++ Please change the DNS record for soft-start.loop.services.mozilla.com to "127.51.51.51" on Monday, December 8th. See Bug 1087397 and https://wiki.mozilla.org/Loop/Load_Handling#Service_Soft_Start for rationale. Testing is as described in Bug 1087397 comment 2, except using Release 34 instead of Beta 34.
The loop-push, loop-client, loop-server, and msisdn appear to have sufficient resources to lower the throttle to this level. Stand by for DNS change.
