+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1108745 +++ Please change the DNS record for soft-start.loop.services.mozilla.com to "127.51.51.51" on Thursday, January 22nd. See Bug 1087397 and https://wiki.mozilla.org/Loop/Load_Handling#Service_Soft_Start for rationale.
