1108922 - [PDF Viewer] Bad rendering of the print when printing PDF in a tab that was not active during a moment

This bug is about the 2nd issue reported in Bug 1107257.

STR:

1) Open the PDF https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8533318
2) Switch to another application window during 1 min (30 sec is probably the minimum)
3) Back to the tab and print the PDF (DON'T interact with the PDF, only click on icons/buttons to print)

Result: the print rendering is bad, letters are missing and space between letters is wrong.
It happens if you keep the tab inactive during a moment (30 sec is enough) like if FF discarded some document elements and failed to recall them before priting.
NB: scrolling the page before printing is enough to have a good print
