110951 - Text Zoom not inherited by new window/tabs of the same site

Build ID: 2001 11 15 03. Windows 2000.

When one set a new Text Zoom percent, using View => Text Zoom,
one would  expect that this zoom level would be "inherited" to any new window
opened with File => New Navigator Window (or control-clicking on a link).

Not so, however. It's always reset to the default 100 %.

This is highly annoying, since the user's preferred zoom level
tends to depend on his visual capabilities (I wear -7.5 glasses... ).

If you have eye sight problems, increase the _default_ font size. Font zoom is
specifically intended for _temporary_, per site tweaks. (Indeed, font zoom is
supposed to reset automatically when you leave a site, although that doesn't
work right now.)

I could see an argument for propagating the font zoom when following a link to
the same site, though, so I won't invalidate this for now.

Any page linked from the current one _should_ also be in the same zoom level; 
regardless of if it is on the same domain.

"New windows" and "New empty" tabs however _should_ not be zoomed to anything
other than 100% default.

this is part of the plans for bug 65571.  We don't need extra bugs open --
things are hard enough to find already, given the number of bugs we have in the
system.
