1114921 - [Text Selection] Only "select all" bubble shows up when long pressing the password field

### Steps:
1. Open Settings app
2. Go to Firefox Accounts, click "Create Account or Sign in"
3. Input email in the input field > Click Next button
4. Input "12345" in the password field
5. Long press any character to trigger the utility
bubble with "select all/cut/copy"

### Expected:
1. User should be able to see the utility
bubble with "select all/cut/copy" icons

### Actual:
1. Only "select all" icon shows up
2. Furthermore, when tap the "select all" icon, the "select icon" still exists.

Hi Omega,

should we show cut/copy buttons in the utility when longtap on password col?
I've just checked my firefox browser on desktop, right-clicking would only trigger paste and selectall.

I don't have a strong opinion here. Just align to the latest Gecko behaviors.

I think current behavior aligns the browser behavior. Omega, I would suggest to update UX spec about this bug.
