Removed 122700: "unable to import DSA private key through JCA interface". This won't be fixed in NSS until 4.0. Removed 113330: "fixup Base64 support" because it isn't an NSS bug. Marking this bug as fixed. No more NSS work will be done for JSS 3.2.
