This affects all "normal" windows, such as the Browser Console.

Invalidation is also affected: try opening the Browser Console (once lots of messages have accumulated) and then mousing up and then down again.

The main window, with chrome margins, also does not display correctly, although that might be a separate bug (bug 1167218 or bug 1167330); I found that setting chromemargin="0,0,0,0" gave the best display.

Is this under VMWare as well?

I'm seeing this on my VMWare Workstation setup as well.

This goes away if you uninstall VMWare Tools.

I cannot reproduce the glitch on Windows10TP Build 10130 anymore.
