When we enable signed add-ons on Android, there are more notifications we need to show the user. Hopefully, we should just be able to port the desktop logic to implement our own versions of these notifications on Android.

We'll may need to break this bug down into smaller bugs depending on how big the scope of this work is for Android.

antlam, can you attach mock-ups for these notifications? Also, have you investigated all the different states we need to support? It would be handy to have a list of testcases to check.

I looked at Shorlander's doc to get these states, so they should be all that we get on mobile.

The one I excluded was, "restart after install".
