1173146 - If I switch to select a device definition from the device catalog, RDV should use the user agent

As a user, if I choose a named device ( eg iPhone 3gs ) from a drop list in RDV, I would expect Firefox to make subsequent requests using the user agent ( UA ) string for that device / browser.

Specifics:
* all requests should use the selected UA while that device is selected in the drop list and RDV is active
* if another device is selected, we should switch to that device's UA
* if we choose a non-device setting ( an arbitrary screen resolution ) in RDV, we should switch back to Firefox's UA
* users should be able to change or manually edit the UA in place

I've also logged bug 1173142 to track an idea around user-defined device definitions.

Aside: bug 1172309 is for using our device catalog in RDV. As part of this Ryan asked me to log a bug to track this detail about user agents.
