Although, initially we wanted to implement details.html as a self-contained view, the code is too complex and has a lot of inter-dependencies so we are planning to split it into two parts:

- The basic one that will handle the common parts for viewing the Contact.
- An advanced one that will handle the special parts that are only required for importing a single Contact (via BT)

In this meta we will handle the most basic one that is mostly related with OPEN/webcontact activity. We will also include the separation of logic and UI.

As NGA Program Manager suggested, let's replace the NGA-X milestones with FxOS-Sx ones (more generic ones), once Bug 1174794 has already landed

Why we will have just a single case to handle a  single contact coming from BT?

What about the cases of contacts coming from sms or email as vcards? Cannot make this view standard, no matter where the source is?

Hi Francisco,
When importing vcards coming from SMS or Email (for a single contact) we are opening it with form view (it was decided in bug 1138371 in order to be able to save a vcard imported from E-mail application) but when importing from BT, details view is shown instead.

We had doubts about it, that's the reason I set a ni to you last Friday (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1149938#c8). Please, be free to suggest what your preference is, glad to hear it!

Clearing the needinfo, as we have already agreed with Francisco that it's better deprecating "Import" and using "Open" for importing from BT and NFC. 
That will help us to unify the code, the functionality and the shown UI (so for importing from BT and NFC we will show the same UI that it's implemented when importing from e-mail or sms application for a single or a multiple contacts vcard).
